PAG enhances study strategies
Study Skills Seminars are offered to assess and enhance the student's current study strategies by presenting a curriculum to include:
- Organizing study time
- Listening skills
- Note taking strategies for all content areas
- Specific reading strategies for textbooks and literature
- Specific study strategies
- Memory techniques
- Test taking strategies
- Writing strategies
- Increasing reading speed
- Creative thinking and problem solving
Homework support may be incorporated into application exercises during the seminar.
Seminars are offered from students in grades 4 through college.
